Inclement Weather
Practices will normally not be canceled due to weather but may be in some circumstances. Be watching email on the day of practices in the case of inclement weather.

Athletic Dress Code

Drop Off/Pick Up
Students will need to change during Lyceum as practice begins immediately after.
Pick up from practice will be located at the Upper School Lot at 4:30pm. If students are not picked up within TEN minutes after practice is complete (4:40 PM) they will be checked into Athenaeum (Homework Club) and a $1 per minute charge will apply.
All practices are CLOSED practices. You are welcome to park in the lot but the gym is closed to all who are not directly involved with intramural practice.

Game Attendance/Parking

You are encouraged to park in the top loop of the upper school lot and the gravel parking spaces adjacent to it – between the upper loop and field. On non-school days you may park in the student parking spots and the compact spots on the lower loop.
Please DO NOT park along the lower loop where we run pick up and drop off. This space must remain open in case of an emergency.
Eligibility
Participation in intramurals in dependent on submission of physical form on Register My Athlete, academic and behavioral excellence, coachability and participation in practice and games.

Photography Rule
All personal photography, including the taking of videos, is banned on campus and at school events. As is explained in our technology policy, students should not have cell phones out on campus or at school events and may only use them at approved times. For school athletics, parents may take end of season team photos, but in-game photography should be limited and only done after permission from the athletic director or coach. The school yearbook committee and school social media pages will have approved photographers to capture important moments and memories. No photos of minors may be publicly displayed or put on social media without the consent from a school administrator, parent(s), or guardian. Any Academy student found to be in violation of these rules is subject to school disciplinary action.
